Box Of Squirrels was founded by Cal Craig (guitars, mandolin, we call him mom) in an effort to bring a group of his students and fellow bandmates (Off the Record, Rock Bottom, Unstrung Heroes) together to celebrate the combined sound of acoustic instruments and vocal harmony. our foundation is acoustic in nature and our song selection anything but run of the mill. our roots are purely eclectic with a focus on folk. an interesting combination with a resulting pure and easy sound. so, grab a glass, sit back and let us tell you our story through our own interpretations of popular cover songs
